Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Rinse them under cold running water. Peel the eggs and cut into slices. Halve the baguette in the length.

Spread half of the baguette with halvanaise and the other half with the tartar.

Cover the baguette with the lettuce, onions (from tartar), raw vegetables and slices of egg. Fold the baguette and cut into pieces.
