Directions

  1. Heat half the oil in a large pan. Stir fry the bacon strips with a few drops of tabasco, the balsamic vinegar, pepper, salt and ginger powder.
  2. Add the endive and fry it for 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, heat the rest of the oil and fry the potatoes.
  4. Just before serving serve the potatoes and bean sprouts through the endive mixture. Sprinkle the dish with the nuts.
