Stewed pork steaks with olives, green beans and tomato

A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, pork fillets, garlic (pressed), fresh thyme, Kalamata olives ((300 g), drained), white wine, green beans (cleaned) and romes (small tomatoes) (halved).

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying or frying pan. Cut the meat into pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry the pieces in the oil on a medium heat until light brown.
  2. Squeeze the garlic over the pan and add the thyme and olives. Pour the wine slowly around the edge in the pan. Bring the wine to the boil and simmer the meat with the lid on the pan for about 15 minutes. Add the green beans and tomatoes. Spoon some gravy over the beans, put the lid back on the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the dish over 4 plates. Tasty with fresh tagliatelle.
