Cut the pepper into thin strips. Mix the pitted and quartered olives, sliced garlic, sherry and finely chopped oregano in a bowl.

Rub the salmon pieces of about 150 gr with salt and pepper.

Spread 4 large pieces of aluminum foil on the work surface and spread the strips of paprika over them. Place the fish on the peppers and spread the olives mixture over the fish.

Put a quarter of a lemon on each piece of fish. Fold the foil around the fish up and fold the packages closed.

Put the packages on the barbecue, not too close to the fire, and let the salmon cook in about 15 minutes.
