Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Heat the olive oil and stir-fry the onion, zucchini, leeks, peppers and paprika.
  3. Beat the eggs with the milk, Italian herbs and salt and pepper. Put the goat's cheese through.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the greased oven dish. Fry the frittata in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes until it is firm.
