Cabbage wrap with tuna, apple and carrot
Wrap of cabbage, with carrot, tuna, apple and spring onions.

Grate the unpeeled apple. Cut the spring onion into thin rings.

Drain the tuna. Mix the apple and spring onions with the drained tuna, mozzarella and 3 tbsp mozzarella oil. Season with pepper.

Cut the hard grain from the cabbage leaves and halve the leaves. Divide the tuna filling and root over the half leaves.

Roll up and roll them into a piece of baking paper. Tie with the binder rope.
