Fast broccoli dish with mushrooms and minced meat
Hot and fast, this broccoli dish with lean minced beef, chestnut mushrooms, ginger and garam masala.

Peel the ginger and cut finely. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mince with the ginger in approx. 6 min. Until crispy and cooked.

In the meantime, finely chop the garlic and the mushrooms into slices.

Heat the rest of the oil in the frying pan. Add the garlic, mushrooms and garam masala and cook for 5 min.

Add the broccoli list and stir fry for 3 minutes.

Slice the coriander. Scoop the mince into the vegetables and spread over deep plates. Sprinkle with the sesame oil and garnish with the coriander.
