Dutch fish jar in mustard sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, butter, shallots (chopped), leeks (sliced), Parisian carrots, Zaanse mustard, whipped cream, cod fillet (in pieces), pink shrimps and mussel meat.

Heat the butter and fruit the shallot and leeks for 3 minutes. Spoon the Parisian carrots through the leeks and stir in the mustard. Heat them for 1 minute.

Add 100 ml of water, bring it to a boil and cook the vegetables for 6 minutes. Add the cream and bring the dish back to the boil. Put the pieces of fish between the vegetables in the pan and let the fish almost cook for about 5 minutes.

Add the shrimps and the mussels and let everything cook over a low heat in a few minutes. Season the dish with salt and pepper. Delicious with mashed potatoes.
