Spaghetti with tuna balls in leek-tomato sauce


Pasta dish with spaghetti, tuna, Parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes and tomato sauce.

Directions

  1. Drain the tuna and beat the egg. Mix the tuna with the egg, the breadcrumbs, cheese powder, pepper and salt. Form 4 balls per person.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the leeks for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, halve the cherry tomatoes and add together with the pasta sauce.
  3. Bring to the boil and let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and carefully bake the tuna balls in 8 min. Brown.
  6. Mix the spaghetti with the sauce and spread the tuna balls over it.
