Stuffed trout with serrano ham
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, trout (a ca. 200 g), salt and pepper, lemon, Serrano ham, parsley, garlic and olive oil.

Sprinkle salt and pepper in abdominal cavities of trout. Cut lemon, halve it, cut half in thin slices. Pour lemon juice into trout cavities of trout. Cut the ham into strips. Parsley finely chop and mix half with ham. Carefully prepare the ham-parsley mixture in trout vats.
