Trout with herb filling
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, butter (at room temperature), lemon juice, garlic (squeezed), fresh coriander (finely chopped), fresh basil (finely chopped), chili powder, trout and oil.

Fry butter in a small bowl. Lemon juice, garlic, coriander, basil and to taste chili powder and salt by butter beating. Spread butter in 4 portions. Fill the abdominal cavity of fish with butter and distribute butter evenly. Piece of aluminum foil (about 10 x 5 cm) to fold opening abdominal cavity. If necessary, store fish in a refrigerator until use.

Fish with oil and place between fish clamp. Fish on each side for 8 to 10 min. Grilling. Tasty with potatoes and mixed green salad.
