Vegetable burger with curry mango sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: chilled fresh green beans, fresh mango and traditional olive oil.

Cook the potatoes according to the instructions on the package.

Cook the green beans in 8 minutes until al dente. Chop the cashew nuts coarsely.

Peel the mango and mash 2/3 of the pulp with a hand blender. Cut the rest of the flesh into small cubes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers over medium heat for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.

Prepare the sauce according to the instructions on the package. Stir in the mango and the mango pieces and heat for 1 minute.

Put the citizens on the plates. Garnish with the curry mango sauce and the cashew nuts. Serve the whole with the baby potatoes and the green beans.
