Vegan burger on rosettes with mushrooms, onions, lamb's lettuce and piccalilli.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Bake the roses rolls in the middle of the oven in about 6 minutes.

Meanwhile cut the mushrooms into slices and the onions in rings.

Spoon 1 tbsp of piccalilly on each roll. Cover with the top bread halves and serve.
