Clean the lemon. Grate 1 tablespoon of the peel and squeeze the fruit.

Heat the olive oil and fry the onion rings with ginger and garlic.

Add the chicken drumsticks and fry them around light brown. Add the cinnamon stick, salt, pepper, lemon juice and grater and the tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove the cinnamon stick. Serve sprinkled with the olives and leaf celery.
