Quick spinach stew with meatballs


Stew of spinach and raw vegetables, with a jus of syrup, onion and mustard.

Directions

  1. Heat the butter in the frying pan and fry the meatballs in 10 min. Over medium heat until golden brown and done. Times regularly.
  2. In the meantime, heat the mashed potatoes in 5 minutes at 750 watts in the microwave.
  3. Heat a wok or large frying pan without oil or butter and leave the spinach to shrink in parts. Drain in a colander.
