Quick spinach stew with meatballs
Stew of spinach and raw vegetables, with a jus of syrup, onion and mustard.

Heat the butter in the frying pan and fry the meatballs in 10 min. Over medium heat until golden brown and done. Times regularly.

In the meantime, heat the mashed potatoes in 5 minutes at 750 watts in the microwave.

Heat a wok or large frying pan without oil or butter and leave the spinach to shrink in parts. Drain in a colander.

Take the balls out of the pan, but leave the shortening in it. Drain the silver onion and collect the moisture.

Put the silver onions, 50 ml of water, the water, the syrup and the mustard in the frying pan and bring to the boil. Let the onion gravy cook for 3 minutes on a high heat.

Meanwhile, mix the spinach with the rest of the mustard and the raw vegetables with the puree and spread over the plates. Spoon the balls and onion gravy over them.
