Ingredients
- 1 crop iceberg lettuce
- 2 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 olive oil
- 400 gram steak
- 2 clove garlic pressed
- 1 Red pepper minced, without seeds
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Teaspoon cumin powder (djinten)
- 1 mango in cubes, pureed, ripe
- 1 shallot finely shredded
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander minced meat
- 1 lime grater and juice

Directions

Cut four beautiful large leaves from the iceberg lettuce. Put them in ice water for a moment.

Heat the oil and fry the beef strips with garlic, red pepper, oregano and cumin for 3-5 minutes.

Dab the lettuce leaves dry with paper towels. Mix the ingredients for the mango dip.

Spoon the meat mixture into the salad leaves that serve as a bowl. Fold the leaves together and stick them with a stick. Serve the dip separately. Garnish with coriander leaves if necessary.
