North Sea sole with herbs from the oven
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, North Sea tongues *, crème fraîche (125 ml bake), lemon (scrubbed), flat parsley ((a 20 g), leaves chopped), dill (chopped), chives ((a 20 g)) , finely chopped), breadcrumbs (packet of 150 g), Parmesan cheese (grated) and butter.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Sprinkle the fish on both sides with salt and pepper. Brush the fish on one side with half of the crème fraîche. Place them with that side down in the oven dish. Brush the other side of the fish with the rest of the crème fraîche.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon. Mix the grater with the parsley, dill, chives, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the fish. Spread the butter in small pieces and bake the fish for about 20 minutes in the oven. Tasty with cooked potatoes, where you can mix the rest of the herbs.
