Peel the potatoes, cut into equal pieces and boil in water with salt if necessary in 20 min.

Meanwhile, cut the celery into bows of ½ cm wide and boil for 2 minutes in water with salt.

Cut the unpeeled apples into quarters, remove the cores and cut the flesh into thin slices.

Heat the milk. Add with the butter to the potatoes and puree with the puree mash.

Add the celery and apple and heat for 2 min. On medium heat.

Clean the lemon and roughly chop the walnuts. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon above the stew and scoop.

Season the stew with pepper and salt. Garnish with the walnuts.
