Puff the potatoes according to the instructions on the package in the microwave.

Meanwhile cut the zucchini into slices of ½ cm and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages in 8 min. Until golden brown and done.

Heat the oil in a large skillet and bake half of the zucchini in 2 min. Per side brown. Fry half of the garlic for another 1 min.

Spoon the zucchini on a bowl and sprinkle with the vinegar. Repeat with the rest of the oil, zucchini, garlic and vinegar.

Cut the feta into cubes. Mix the vegetables with the feta, rocket, pepper and salt.

Put the sausages on the plates. Scoop the salad. Serve with the potatoes and yoghurt-garlic sauce.
