Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry until golden brown. Add the spinach and allow to thaw. Prepare the vegetable slices according to the instructions on the packaging.

Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging.

Add the cuisine to the spinach and warm through. Divide the tagliatelle over 4 plates. Spoon the spinach and place a vegetable disc on each plate.
