                            Fillet with bacon and cauliflower salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (table (800 g)), cauliflower, filet steaks (a la minute (about 300 g)), sage leaves (10 g), smoked bacon (about 125 g), fresh parsley (30 g), onion, mayonnaise and vinegar.

Directions
- 
                                Halve and divide potatoes into 8 sheets of aluminum foil.
- 
                                Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- 
                                On barbeque in approx.
- 
                                20 minutes of cooking powder, occasionally turning.
- 
                                In the meantime, clean cauliflower, divide into florets and boil al dente in plenty of boiling water in approx.
- 
                                8 min.
- 
                                Drain and rinse cold.
- 
                                Season the fillets with salt, pepper and a little sage.
- 
                                Roll up in the length.
- 
                                Wrap with bacon.
- 
                                On barbecue, let it cook until crispy in approx.
- 
                                5 minutes.
- 
                                Parsley finely chop.
- 
                                Peel and chop onions.
- 
                                Mix 3 tbsp mayonnaise with 2/3 parsley and 2/3 onions.
- 
                                Add salt and pepper to taste.
- 
                                In a dressing, make the remaining mayonnaise, vinegar, 3 tbsp water, salt and pepper to taste.
- 
                                Mix remaining parsley, leftover onion and cauliflower florets.
- 
                                Spread fillets, potatoes in aluminum foil and mayo sauce over 4 plates.
- 
                                Serve with cauliflower salad..
