Baked multigrain rice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, multigrain rice (275 g), oil, chicken fillet (in strips of 1 cm), garlic (chopped), fresh ginger ((bag of 150 g), finely chopped), sweet soy sauce, onions (chopped) , winter carrot (in thin slices), leeks (in rings) and eggs.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a wok. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper to taste and stir fry together with the garlic, ginger and 1 tbsp. Marinade marinade for 4 min. Until done. Take out the wok. Spoon the onion in the stir-fry pan for 1 min. Add the carrot and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the leeks and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Take the vegetables from the wok. Break the eggs over the wok, add 1 tbsp kadapad and stir fry the eggs.

Stir the rice with a fork. Add the rice, vegetables and rest of the sweet soy sauce to the egg. Spoon around and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
