First put a pan of water and boil the quinoa according to the instructions on the package.

Then bake the chicken fillet in a (grill) pan. Meanwhile cut the avocados into pieces.

Mix the watercress melange, boiled quinoa and pieces of avocado in a bowl.

Add the corn grains, rucolacress, mild sprouts and grilled chicken.

Finish the salad with the Parmesan cheese shavings, croutons and caesar salad dressing.
