A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, black tagliatelle (pasta), olive oil, garlic (sliced), mixed seafood ((500 g, frozen), thawed), cocktail shrimp (125 g), sambuca (anise liqueur, liquor), lemon (pressed), whipped cream (125 ml), fresh parsley (flat (15 g), finely chopped) and red pepper (in strips).

Cook the tagliatelle until done according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic on a low heat until golden brown.

Dab the seafood dry, do them with the cocktail shrimps with the garlic and fry them with you.

Turn the heat high under the seafood, pour 2 tablespoons of sambuca and half of the lemon juice and let it boil for 1-2 minutes on high heat.

Meanwhile, bring the whipped cream to the boil in a separate pan with the rest of the lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of sambuca.

Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Serve the tagliatelle with the seafood, sprinkle with the parsley and red pepper and serve the cream sauce.

Delicious with grilled fennel and a spoon of crème fraîche..
