Penne with anchovies and broccoli

A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, anchovies (in oil), onions (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), raisins (washed), fresh thyme leaves, crushed chilli (mill), broccoli (in florets), penne and old goat's cheese ( piece).

Directions

  1. Heat the oil from the can of anchovies in a frying pan. Fry the onion and garlic gently for 3 minutes. Stir in the raisins, anchovies and thyme with 100 ml water and chilli pepper to taste through the onion. Add the broccoli florets, put the lid on the pan and simmer the broccoli for about 8 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cook the penne according to the instructions on the packaging. Spoon a few tablespoons of cooking liquid into a bowl. Drain the penne and scoop the pasta through the vegetables.
  3. Season the dish with salt and chili pepper. If the dish is slightly too dry, add some of the cooking liquor kept apart. Divide the dish over 4 plates and scrape the cheese above it.
