Endive salad with garlic croutons
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet fumé (a ca. 150 g), oranges, yellow peppers, spring onions, sliced endive (400 g), onion croutinos (25 g), fresh honey mustard dressing (100 g) and Sallands sunflower multigrain bread.

Peel oranges thickly to flesh.
