Cook the eggs almost hard in 7 minutes. Scare and peel them.

Meanwhile, put the oil and garlic in a tall cup and grind with the hand blender into garlic oil.

Cut the bread into slices and brush them on both sides with 1/3 of the garlic oil. Heat the grill pan. Grill the bread 4 minutes. Turn halfway.

Cut the tomatoes into small bunches and grill them for 3 minutes until black spots appear on the skin.

Cut the quails into quarters and cover with 1/3 of the garlic oil. Grill the lettuce 3 minutes. Turn halfway.

Brush the chicken fillets with the rest of the garlic oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken fillets for 6 minutes. Regularly.

Divide the bread, chicken, lettuce and tomatoes over 4 plates.

Halve the eggs and put them on the salad. Scrape the cheese over it and serve with the dressing. Bon appétit! .
