Mexican chili of two types of beans with chips


Chili con carne of red onion, paprika, minced meat, al-Andalus, corn, kidney, beans and tomato frito.

Directions

  1. Clean the onions and cut finely. Remove the stalks and seeds from the peppers and cut the flesh into small pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in the frying or frying pan and fry the minced meat with the al-Andalus, pepper and salt in 5 minutes.
  3. Add the onion and paprika and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Meanwhile, put the corn and beans in a colander, rinse under cold running water and let drain.
  5. Add the corn, beans and tomato frito to the minced meat. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
  6. Serve the chili con carne with the crème fraîche, the grated cheese and the tortilla chips.
