Salad of fried pumpkin and steak
Lamb's lettuce with steak, pumpkin, red onion, ketchup and curry powder.

Cut the steak into thin slices and press the garlic. Mix the ketchup with the garlic, curry powder and 3 tbsp oil in a bowl.

Put the steak through and marinate the meat for 30 minutes. Wash the pumpkin and cut it into 2 cm thick parts. Remove the pips and the wires and halve the parts.

Heat the rest of the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the parts pumpkin with 4-6 simmered in 3-4 minutes. Let them drain on kitchen paper.

Sprinkle the pumpkin to taste with salt and pepper. Remove the meat from the marinade and dab the meat dry with kitchen paper.

Fry the slices with 3-4 pieces at the same time for 1-2 minutes in the hot oil until they look nicely brown. Drain them on kitchen paper and sprinkle with pepper and salt.

Cut the onion into the thin parts. Fry the onion tarts brown and crispy in the hot oil. Let them drain on kitchen paper.

Divide the lettuce over plates and arrange the pumpkin pieces. Place the slices of steak and the onion in between. Drop the vinegar over it.
