Mie teriyaki
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, winter carrot, chicory, sunflower oil, beef strips (about 300 g), Japanese teriyaki sauce (160 g) and Chinese egg noodles (250 g).

wash the carrot and scrape with thin peeler into thin slices.

Clean chicory and cut into rough strips.

Heat in wok half of oil and stir-fry 10 minutes.

Bake last 2 min.

Heat oil residues in frying pan and beef strips around brown bowls.

Lower the heat and add teriyaki sauce to meat.

Let simmer for 5 minutes.
