Jacket potato with tuna and spinach salad
A tasty american recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potato (about 200 g solid), tuna steak (about 125 g), sour cream, Italian herbs (frozen), salt, (freshly ground) pepper, yoghurt dressing (box of 100 g Johma) and ready-to-cook spinach.

Clean the potato under running water and pierce it with a fork in a few places.

Place on a plate and let it cook at full power (700 watts) in a microwave for about 3 minutes.

Cook for 3 minutes.

In between, cut tuna steak into small pieces and mix in cream with sour cream, Italian herbs, salt and pepper.

Cut open potatoes and cut open.

Mix in tuna mixture.

Cook in microwave for approx.
