Stew with steak tips, wok vegetables and tomato cubes.

Directions

  1. Cut the garlic into slices. Mix the steak tips with the vinegar, garlic and the spice mix and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok and defrost the vegetables, in two parts, about 5 minutes on high heat.
  3. Put all the vegetables in the wok and add the tomatoes. Stew 5 minutes on low heat and season with pepper.
  4. Cook the penne al dente according to the instructions on the package. Let the steak tips drain in a colander and pick up the marinade.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the steak tips in about 5 minutes.
  6. Spoon them with the marinade with the vegetables in the woks warm on high heat.
  7. Divide the penne over plates and spoon the vegetable sauce with the steak on top.
