Hois noodles with spicy minced meat and green vegetables
Noodles: success assured. In this dish you eat them with spicy minced meat, broccoli, bok choy and lightly sweet hoisin sauce.

Bring a generous pot of water to the boil. Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets, peel the stalk and cut into small pieces.

When the water boils, add the noodles and boil for 5 minutes until al dente. Add the broccoli after 2 minutes. Drain.

Meanwhile, peel the ginger and cut finely. Clean the garlic and cut finely. Cut the stalk of the red pepper.

Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Slice the flesh finely.

Clean the bok choy and cut into pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok stir-fry the mince with the ginger, garlic, red pepper, 5-spice powder and possibly salt in 3 min. Until done.

Mix the noodles and broccoli with the hoisin sauce and spread over bowls. Divide the minced meat mixture.
