Macaroni with meatballs in tomato sauce
Pasta with minced meat, tomato sauce and bacon.
Season the minced meat with the herbs and pepper and salt. Roll of the minced meatballs.
Heat in a frying pan oil and fry the balls in 5 min. Brown. Take the balls out of the pan. Bake the bacon strips in the shortening 2 min.
Add the vegetable mix and cook for another 3 minutes. Scoop the tomato sauce through the vegetable mix and bring it to the boil.
Place the meatballs in the sauce and heat the whole for another 15 minutes, gently in a pan with lid. Dilute the sauce with some water if necessary.
Boil the macaroni in plenty of boiling water with salt according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain the macaroni and distribute it over the deep plates.
Spoon the meatballs with the sauce and sprinkle the grated cheese over it.
