Red cabbage with bacon and bratwurst


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, large potatoes ((bag 3 kg), peeled), Catalan (bratwurst (approx. 290 g)), butter, red cabbage (in narrow strips), rinse apple syrup (pot 450 g), apple (finely chopped), lean bacon strips (duobakje 250 g) and walnuts (50 g).

Directions

  1. Halve the potatoes in the length and cook them for 15 minutes.
  2. Bake the Catalan bratwursts in 20 g butter around brown.
  3. Add the red cabbage with the apple syrup and 100 ml water and simmer the sausages and the cabbages covered until done in 15 min.
  4. Add the apple after 10 min.
  5. Bake gently in a stirring lean bacon in the rest of the butter.
  6. Cut the potatoes into slices.
  7. Spoon the bacon from the wok in the same fat, stirring the potatoes until golden brown and done in 10 minutes.
  8. Remove the sausages from the pan.
  9. Spoon the bacon and the walnuts with the stewed red cabbage.
  10. Serve with the sausages and the baked potatoes..
