Directions

  1. Knead the minced meat with bacon, garlic, ginger, red pepper, lemon juice and zest, coriander, onion, salt and pepper.
  2. Form small hamburgers.
  3. Heat half of the oil and fry the burgers 3-4 minutes per side. Keep them warm for a while.
  4. Heat the rest of the oil and stir fry the vegetables for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Serve the burgers with vegetables and chili sauce. Tasty with rice or noodles.
