Kibbeling with spicy mango
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice (bag 1 kg), mix for (nasi goreng (48 g)), oil, Chinese stir-fry mix (400 g), onion (in parts), kibbeling (400 g, pure sustainable catch, frozen), wok sauce (szechuan (bottle 200 ml)), mango (boxful, 250 g and freezer).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the packaging, but let the rice cool down quickly after cooking in a wide bowl. Let the mix for nasi herbs goreng 10 minutes in 100 ml of boiling water. Heat in a wok2 el oil and stir fry the Chinese stir fry mix 5 min. Add the mix for nasi herb goreng and mix. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown. Spoon the kibbeling and heat it according to the instructions on the package. Add the wok sauce and the pieces of mango and heat it for another 3 minutes.

Serve the quibbling with spicy mango with the nasi herb goreng.
