Seawolf flambéed with ouzo
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, lemon (squeezed), sea salt (coarse), seaweed fillet and ouzo (or pernod (slijter)).

In a bowl of oil, lemon juice, sea salt and to taste pepper beat together. Swirl the seawolf in the marinade, cover the dish and marinate the fish for 20 minutes at room temperature. Occasionally return.
