Chop with apple and oregano
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ribs, olive oil, dried oregano, A-parts (Tuscan (a 425 g)), celery (cleaned) and apples (braeburn).

Dab the chops dry with paper towels.

Mix 2 tablespoons of oil with the oregano, salt and pepper to taste.

Brush the meat on both sides with half of the oil mixture.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes in 8-10 minutes golden yellow; change them regularly.

Cut the stalks of celery into pieces of 5 cm and boil them in little water with salt in 5 minutes al dente.

Heat the grill pan and grill the pork chops in 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and done.

Remove the pork chops from the pan and keep them warm under aluminum foil.

Remove the core of the unpeeled apples and cut the apples into slices.

Brush the apple rings with the rest of the oil and grill them for 1 minute per side.

Divide the rib chops over 4 plates and place the apple rings on top and next to it.

Serve with the potato wedges and the boiled celery..
