Steak with dried tomato tapenade
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic, dried tomatoes in oil (180 g), fresh basil, broccoli, Belgian fries (frozen, bag a 1 kg), steaks and oil for frying.

Peel garlic.

Drain tomatoes, store oil.

Mix tomatoes together with 3 tbsp of tomato oil, garlic and basil in a food processor or with a hand blender until tapenade.

If necessary add a little more oil to make it completely smooth.

Clean broccoli, divide into florets and cut stem into thin slices.

Cook the broccoli florets and stalk in 5 minutes.

Prepare fries in deep fryer according to instructions.

Grease steak with 2 tbsp oil (from a jar of dried tomatoes).

Steak in grill pan or frying pan with non-stick coating in 4 min.

Brown on the outside and rosé inside.

Halfway through.

Spread the steak with salt and pepper.
