Steak with dried tomato tapenade


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic, dried tomatoes in oil (180 g), fresh basil, broccoli, Belgian fries (frozen, bag a 1 kg), steaks and oil for frying.

Directions

  1. Peel garlic.
  2. Drain tomatoes, store oil.
  3. Mix tomatoes together with 3 tbsp of tomato oil, garlic and basil in a food processor or with a hand blender until tapenade.
  4. If necessary add a little more oil to make it completely smooth.
  5. Clean broccoli, divide into florets and cut stem into thin slices.
  6. Cook the broccoli florets and stalk in 5 minutes.
  7. Prepare fries in deep fryer according to instructions.
  8. Grease steak with 2 tbsp oil (from a jar of dried tomatoes).
  9. Steak in grill pan or frying pan with non-stick coating in 4 min.
  10. Brown on the outside and rosé inside.
  11. Halfway through.
  12. Spread the steak with salt and pepper.
  13. With tomato tapenade, French fries and broccoli serve..
