Macaroni with vegetable-minced meat sauce

Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package, store 100 ml (per 4 persons) of the cooking liquid.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir fry, chopping the minced golden brown and cooking until about 5 minutes, it may remain pieces.

Season with salt and pepper and stir in the Italian herbs. Add the stir fry mix and stir fry 5 min.

Add the tomato cubes with the moisture and the cooking liquid of the pasta and cover the sauce for about 10 minutes.

Drain the macaroni and scoop it with the arugula through the sauce. Serve the dish in deep plates.
