Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Cut the peppers into pieces and mix through the cauliflower rice. Halve the salad onion in length.
  3. Put the eggs, crème fraîche and al-Andalus in a high beaker and puree with the hand blender. Grate the cheese and stir through.
  4. Line the spring form with the puff pastry, spread the cauliflower-paprika mixture over the bottom and pour the egg mixture over it.
