Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Cut the peppers into pieces and mix through the cauliflower rice. Halve the salad onion in length.

Put the eggs, crème fraîche and al-Andalus in a high beaker and puree with the hand blender. Grate the cheese and stir through.

Line the spring form with the puff pastry, spread the cauliflower-paprika mixture over the bottom and pour the egg mixture over it.

Put the salad onion next to each other, cut if necessary and press lightly. Bake for about 40 minutes in the middle of the oven until golden brown and done.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes on a rack.
