Fried sole with ham and leek
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, flour, slip tongs (fish), olive oil, garlic (chopped), leeks (in rings), raw ham (in strips), black olives without pit (coarsely chopped) and lemon (pressed).
Sprinkle flour on flat board.
Slip tubing through flower.
Heat oil in large frying pan.
Sliptong in about 6 min.
Browning, occasionally turning.
Remove the tongue from the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Keep warm on a plate under aluminum foil.
Stir in garlic fat and leek for 1 minute.
Add the ham and olives and fry for 2 minutes.
Quench with lemon juice.
Distribute slip tongues and pre-mix over them.
Serve with boiled potatoes..
