Cook the macaroni according to the instructions. Heat oil in a stir-frying pan the vegetables in this approx. 5 min.

Fry the ham cubes for 1 min, add the mix for macaroni, 1 1/2 dl water and ketchup. Heat up.

Spoon the macaroni through and heat for another 3 minutes. Divide the macaroni over plates.
