Ketjap sesame omelette with broccoli and noodles
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: broccoli (in florets), noodles (box a 500 g), eggs, wok essentials ketjap-sesame (bottle a 240 ml), oil and sweet onion ((about 150 g) in parts) .

Boil the broccoli and the miein over boiling water together until done in about 10 minutes. Drain in a colander.

Beat the eggs with 50 ml of wok sauce. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the frying pan and fry the omelette with a thick omelette. Turn the omelette as soon as the top is almost solidified and brown the bottom quickly.

Heat in a wok 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the onion golden brown. Spoon in the broccoli florets and the noodles and stir-fry together for 3-4 minutes. Add 100 ml of wok sauce and heat for 1 minute while stirring.

Divide the fried noodles with broccoli over 4 deep plates. Cut the omelet into points and serve it with the noodles.
