Wipe the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into slices. Cut the garlic finely.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms, garlic, leek and peas on medium heat for 5 min.

Add the cooking cream, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and let it boil for another 5 minutes.

In the meantime, cook the pasta in water with salt if necessary according to the instructions on the package.

Mix the chicken strips and pasta through the sauce and spread over the plates. Season with pepper.
