Classic bean dish with ham, pepper, onion, corn and cheese.

Directions

  1. Chop the onion and cut the pepper into strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion 1 min. Add the peppers and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the tomato cubes, mix for chili con carne and the water. Bring to the boil while stirring and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Scoop occasionally.
  4. Add the beans, corn and ham and heat for another 3 minutes. Scoop occasionally.
  5. Spread over the plates and sprinkle with the cheese.
