Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder (djinten)
- 1 teaspoon clove powder
- 600 gram sukadelap
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon liquid baking product
- 2 onion shredded
- 2 clove garlic minced meat
- 1 tablespoon ginger root
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder (djahé)
- 4 star anise
- 1 laurel leaf
- 350 milliliters Meat bouillon
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ketjapmarinademanis
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon honey

Directions

Mix the flour with the cumin, the cloves, salt and pepper. Use this to dust the slices of beef.

Heat the olive oil and fry the onion, garlic and ginger.

Add the meat and fry briefly. Then add the rest of the ingredients.

Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 hours. Remove the star anise and laurel.
