Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Rub the chicken drumsticks with 2 tablespoons of lime juice, the red peppers and half of the garlic. Let marinate for a moment. Mix the rest of the lime juice and the garlic with the chili sauce.

Heat the wok oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken drumsticks around light brown. Place them with the shortening in an oven dish and brush with the chili sauce.

Fry the chicken in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes.
