Take the green beans and halve them. Cut the onions into thin segments. Remove the skin from the chorizo and slice the sausage into slices.

Fry the slices of sausage in a frying pan over medium-high heat until crispy. Put them on a plate.

Spoon the wedges of onion through the chorizo net and fry them gently in a few minutes.

Spoon the chickpeas with water, the green beans and the tomato juice and bring everything to the boil. Heat the dish for ten to twelve minutes on medium high heat.

Let the green beans al dente and evaporate so much moisture that the ingredients are in a lightly bound sauce.

Scoop the slices of chorizo through and warm everything just as well.
